Kinetic Facade Shading, Vertical Hinged Shading

The Vertical Hinged Shading System is a refined solution for windows, combining elegance, functionality, and dynamic light control. Featuring a sash hinged at the top that moves upward, it creates a horizontal outward projection, casting shade while allowing natural light to fill the interior, seamlessly balancing comfort and illumination.

Movement is along the vertical axis and is exclusively electric, offering effortless, precise operation. Sashes span up to 1.5 meters in height and 4 meters in width, providing graceful proportions and effective shading. Typically installed within the building frame, the system can also be mounted externally for perfect façade integration.

Material options are exceptional, including natural wood, GRP, glass, fiber cement, ceramic, perforated metal sheets, aluminum blades, and ACP, allowing the shading system to blend seamlessly with the architectural language. Installation is simple, requiring no special provisions beyond wiring for electric operation, and the system’s 150mm depth elegantly houses both motors and sash rotation.

Electric operation can be managed centrally via a Building Management System or individually via a wall switch or remote, in single or grouped operation, providing intuitive, luxurious control.
